Plot Summary
Ebenezer Scrooge is a mean old man. He hates Christmas. He thinks Christmas is just an excuse for people to miss work. He doesn't believe in all of the good cheer and charity that the Christmas promotes.
One night, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his old business friend, Jacob Marley. He was as mean as Scrooge is. Marley tells Scrooge that if he continues to live so selfishly, he will never be happy.
Three ghosts visit Scrooge that night. The Ghost of Christmas past, the Ghost of Christmas present, and the Ghost of Christmas yet to come. They show Scrooge that he is making many mistakes. Scrooge is frightened by the ugly picture of his life and promises to change his ways.
After the ghosts left Scrooge’s house, he has completely changed. He became jolly and friendly. He went to parties and enjoyed Christmas for the first time.

Evaluation
Hello. This was my first book report in my life. I enjoyed it. If you have not read it yet, then you should. I highly recommend. I hate reading, but this one was easy to read. If you don’t know how to read, you can watch the movie.
Anyway, as I said before, the author tells us how distorted a selfish person can become. Are you distorted or selfish? It’s not too late! You should change and be nice to people!
